Since leaving Deputy Headship and founding BlueCow Education in 2014, David has focussed on helping schools improve and innovate by providing high quality events and consultancy. He loves learning about new education products that can positively support pupils and teachers - and matching schools with the right solutions

Alicia has over 20 yrs marketing experience across a variety of sectors, from large multinational firms to small start-ups. The past 12 years has seen Alicia focus on the Education Sector, she was Marketing Director at a 3-18 School and since then has worked with and advised a range of ed tech start ups. Her passion lies in finding the right marketing solution for each company. She loves a challenge and any opportunity to think outside the box.
